On February 28, 2011, City Manager Lehman Walker presented a proposed Fiscal Year 2012 budget to the City Council. The budget is balanced, with expenditures not exceeding revenues.
The proposed budget does not require the use of the City’s reserve fund for routine operational expenses. The proposed budget also does not include an increase in property or sales taxes.
