City Hall reopened to the public on June 1, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. City Hall will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Access to City Hall will be limited to the front entrance during regular business hours. Visitors with disabilities or mobility issues are encouraged to park and enter the building through our lower level parking lot and entrance, which is accessible via Trinity Drive. Upon arrival, please call the appropriate number for the desired service (numbers are noted on signage posted on the door) and arrangements will be made for you to enter. If you are unsure of which service you need, please call (314) 862-6767. In compliance with St. Louis County's new public health order requiring masks to be worn in public places, masks are required to be worn in city facilities regardless of the visitor's/patron's vaccination status.
Please note that this lower level entrance will be open for City Council study sessions and meetings when they are scheduled to occur in-person. These are scheduled to occur on the second and fourth Mondays of each month starting at 5:30 p.m. With the COVID-19 situation continuing to evolve, the method of holding meetings (virtual or in-person) is subject to change.
