The City of University City is accepting sealed bids for a combination of One hundred and Five (105) 1.5, 2 and 3 cubic yard side loading containers. The total amount of containers may include thirty 1.5 cubic yard, thirty-five 2 cubic yard and forty 3 cubic yard containers.

Sealed Bids:
Sealed bids shall be submitted with an original proposal and one (1) copy to be received by 11:00 a.m. local time, Friday, October 12, 2012.  Submit responses (bids) to the Administrative Services Department, Attn: Ms. Danella Lang, 6801 Delmar Blvd., University City, MO 63130. The envelope used for the submittal of bids shall be plainly marked with the following information: 1. Firm name, address and telephone number, 2. Date and time offer was delivered or mailed, and 3. Marked: Response to Request for Bids for Side Loading Containers.

No bid proposal will be accepted via fax or email.  Bid proposals are invited from all qualified respondents. Proposals will not be accepted or considered after the deadline for receipt of proposals. The bid acceptance period must be a minimum of one-hundred eighty (180) calendar days. Bids providing less than one-hundred eighty (180) days for acceptance may be considered nonresponsive and may be rejected. The City of University City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
