The City of University City Public Works and Parks Department is requesting qualifications from consultant engineering firms to be included in a "Pre-qualification List" and to be contract for different engineering disciplines as listed below.  The engineering services are required to provide engineering solutions for the review of new developments in the City or to address specific concerns due to the aging of the City's public infrastructure.

If your firm would like to be considered for these consulting services, you may express your interest by submitting a letter of interest no more than 2 pages to Project Manager Angelica Gutierrez via email () or regular mail (Public Works and Parks - 3rd Floor, 6801 Delmar Blvd., University City, MO 63130).  This letter should include the type of service you are interested in providing and any information which might help us in the selection process, such as the persons or team you would assign to the project, the backgrounds of those individuals, and other projects your company has recently completed or are now active.

Qualifications:
The City will evaluate each firm's qualifications and select the most qualified firms to be added to the "Pre-qualified list". Work orders will be negotiated as needed.
Miscellaneous:
1. This solicitation is for non-federal projects being considered by the City.
2. If the City should solicit qualifications for a federally funded project in the future, that solicitation will be by a separate RFQ advertisded on MoDOT's website.
