University City Residents,
It is with great pleasure that I welcome Mr. Lehman Walker back to University City to serve as our seventh City Manager. Mr. Walker served University City for almost twelve years as our Director of Community Development. The City Council is pleased that he has chosen to return to our community and use his extensive knowledge of the city, and its operations, to help lead us through these challenging times.
