The Second Century Commission is a blue ribbon commission whose duties are to make recommendation on the delivery of city services and U. City’s approach to commercial and residential development.  This 20-member citizen group was established by City Council to ensure U. City remains a thriving community of culture, education, and diversity.  The term of office of each member shall end upon the submission of the final report in June 2007.
