Fogerty Park User Survey
The City of University City is currently in the process of making a decision on what to do with the tennis courts at Fogerty Park.  This survey will propose improvements to the tennis courts, but before the plan is completed, the City would like to hear from the community and park users.

We would like to know how the tennis courts currently function for you and if there are any changes that you would like to see incorporated into the tennis courts.  If you click on the link below, you will find a Park User and Community Survey.

The City is asking that you fill out this form and submit it back to the City of University City by Friday, January 25, 2013.  The form can be dropped off at either of the following locations:
