[ARCHIVED] Free tree limb dumping

-U. City Residents only: bring tree limbs to Heman Park rear parking lot.
-Limb dump site is open now thru Sunday, February 4.
-U. City residents are responsible for getting limbs to Heman Park
-There will be no city-wide collection of limbs.
-Enforcement will begin February 5.
