The 3rd annual Community Flea Market and Outdoor Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2009 from 8:00a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Heman Park Pool Parking Lot. In the event of rain, the sale will be moved to the Heman Park Community Center. As in previous years, spaces will first be offered to community and neighborhood organizations and then to individuals on a first come first serve basis. This year, individuals must submit also submit a $40 refundable deposit.
Space is limited and reservations are required. Applications must be submitted by September 11 and are accepted via mail, drop off at the 4th floor of City Hall or e-mail. Reservations will not be taken over the phone.
