University City will host a forum to discuss youth issues in University City. The "Youth in the Loop" Forum will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2011, 6pm at the Heman Park Community Center. The center is located at 975 Pennsylvania, in University City. This forum will address youth issues in University City only.
