The Delmar @ 170 Business Group will provide refreshments at the Delmar bridge ribbon cutting on Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. Refreshments will be on the west end of the bridge. The public is cordially invited to help MoDOT celebrate the completion of the new bridge in a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9 am, August 16, on the bridge. The bridge is set to open to traffic later that day.
