A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) is required for proposed developments that may have impacts on public health, safety and welface and that are classified as permitted uses in a particular zoning district of the City. In accordance with the Zoning Code, staff and Plan Commission will review a CUP before forwarding the permit to City Council for final action.
