The City will be hosting it's annual pet clinic on April 4, 2015, 8:00 -11:00 a.m at the Heman Park Community Center, 975 Pennsylvania Ave. Pet owner's will be able to receive a one-year rabies vaccination and preliminary health exam for cats and dogs. Fees are as follows: Spayed/Neutered Cats and Dogs are $22 and $25 respectively, Non-spayed/Neutered Cats and Dogs are $30 and $33 respectively. Fees cover both vaccination and St. Louis County rabies registration. All pets must be a least three months old; dogs must be leashed; cats must be in carriers. The pet clinic is sponsored by Dr. Gary Yavitz, Spoede Animal Hospital, (314) 569-3111, www.spoede-vet.com and the City of University City, www.ucitymo.org.
The City will also be selling U City dog licenses for $3.00 if you have not yet registered your dog with the City. All U City residents with dogs are required to register their dogs with the City. The City will also be selling memberships to the U City Dog Park. Registration is open to both residents and non-residents.
