We have crews scheduled to come in on Sunday morning for pretreating roadways with liquid brine or granular salt based on the road drainage conditions at the time. Depending on the development of the event later that day, we have multiple crews on-call into Sunday night to continue the operations with de-icing and snow removal, as needed, and in order to maintain travel safety for the Monday morning commute.
On the response for the operational City facilities and their parking lots, we coordinate that together and obtain the support of the Parks and Recreation department.
